Wonderstuff is an Edmonton-based special events company run by Janice Shoults and Dave Wildson. We provide all kinds of family entertainment for parties, openings, festivals, fairs and any fun event.
Dave Wildson is a master magician and balloon twister. He presents comedy magic kidshows as “Cornelius Copperpot” for holiday parties, birthdays and community days. Dave’s balloon twisting creations are well known across Western Canada and are perfect for any festival, fair, school or grand opening.
Janice Shoults is an extraordinary face painter and artist. She face paints as “Miss Ladybug” and also offers family fortune card reading as “Madam Lavinia“

Fancy or Fast
Whether it is larger wearable creations or quick little figures for balloon animal line ups, Dave has over 30 years experience as a master balloon twister.
“I would like a fast shiny race car” was the request of a young boy getting his first balloon creation. His copper colored car became a real treasure and he proudly told me the next time I saw him that it had a flat tire but the rest was still “real good” and sitting on the shelf in his bedroom at home.

Whether it is Snickerdoodles style, Fairy Eyes, Mama Belly Painting, Baby Bling, or Full Face fantasy creations, Miss Ladybug’s unique art style brings a touch of fun and joy to life.
What are Snickerdoodles (besides cookies)? Snickerdoodles are small pieces of art, often worn on hands, arms, legs, cheeks, or around the eye, and sometimes, on the head!
We love seeing the look on a child’s face as they find themselves transformed in the mirror!
We use only the finest FDA approved face paints and cosmetic grade polyester glitter.

Miss Ladybug specializes in “snickerdoodle” art on arms or hands as well as full face and body painting.

One of the first balloon twisters in Canada, Dave Wildson is a celebrated artist of small, large and huge balloon creations.
Family Fortunes
Janice appears as Madam Lavinia, doing family-friendly fortune reading with a wide variety of her favorite oracle card decks. This is a life-long hobby she now shares at events.
Roving Characters
Janice and Dave have a host of roving comedy characters they have developed over the years including: Miss Pip, Snickerdoodles the Clown, Willy Nilly, Igor, Big D, etc.
Wobble Art
Janice is an accomplished artist who still draws in spite of a family tremor. Hence Wobble Art! Her unique coloring pages and illustrations have been featured in children’s books.
